Theodoros is the founder of Chadios Architects and ENATI S.A. In 1968 he obtained his diploma in architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, while in 1976 he co-founded the architectural office "Kanavos" which undertook more than fifty residential projects in the surrounding area of Athens. In 1992, civil engineer Kostas Papachristou and architect Penny Labiri joined the "Kanavos" firm to create the architectural firm Chadios Architects. Today, the firm is highly creative and is able to undertake a variety of project types. The firm's work has appeared many times in publications both locally and internationally. In 1995, Theodoros Hadios took advantage of the opportunity that existed in the medium scale construction market in Greece and created the construction company ENATI S.A. Since then, ENATI S.A. has been implementing the design projects of Chadios Architects, offering integrated solutions.
